Off the Beaten Path

Smith Bay is a well-known boating area. Thanks to the shape of its bay, skiers and boaters are protected from winds that come in from the main body of Kentucky Lake. Venturing inland, you'll find a lovely creek that flows into the surrounding forest. Moss, lichen, mushrooms and other moisture-loving plants can be found in abundance.”
