I know I do! And I’m a sucker for local art. So one day, when I was cruising downtown Union City, Tennessee and saw Toney Little doing his spray paint thing - I had to stop and ask him about heading to the Lakehouse Inn for a project.
Yes, I said spray paint. Can you believe anyone can create that kind of detail with spray paint?! We talked about what I wanted - a tribute to fishing, the Dam, the Bel Air sign, bourbon, and the peacocks over at Maggie’s Jungle Golf - and he got busy trying to figure out how to get all of that in a pretty small space. Then - Tah Dah! He painted a collection of old stamps which perfectly fit the vibe of our retro motel.
