The Perfect Spot for Boat Watching (Room 102)

“On any given summer day, you can see sailboats cruising in the waters of Kentucky Lake. Most of them call Lighthouse Landing home. This photo was taken near the gangway of their docks, with a deck overlooking the vast lake.

Sitting on the benches at the top of the deck is the perfect viewpoint to watch all kinds of boats, including large barges passing through the lock of Kentucky Dam.

This spot will forever be a special place to my husband and myself.”
