Remember When We Called it the Drug Store? (Room 305)

“Now we call them pharmacies! This one has served the Dawson Springs, Kentucky area for as long as I can remember. Their location has since changed, but the vintage neon sign made the move a couple of blocks down the road.”

Fun fact: When I saw this photo in Jason’s gallery, I asked if it was taken “locally” and he shared that it was in Dawson Springs. I still decided to display it because my daddy was a pharmacist and it reminded me of the Rexall sign in front of Butler Drug in Portageville, Missouri. The missing neon? Just makes the shot more interesting.
